Trade ActiveSync doesn't implement attachment dimension restrictions on a person attachment foundation. The whole dimensions of all attachments to an Exchange ActiveSync information has to be less than the message dimensions limit. You can also use the beginning-ManagedFolderAssistant cmdlet
